- Although you are Devon based, much of the work will be Bristol, London and nationally based
What will you do?
- Handle a top-quality contentious probate/trust caseload
- In particular, advise on one high value and high profile Contentious Trusts/Probate case
- Work alongside trainees and a fully-fledged secretarial support team
- As the department evolves you will naturally progress to be the team leader/head of this sub team
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 2 years' litigation experience
- Contentious probate/trusts experience would be ideal, but not essential
